Come hear about the Lowell Family Resource Center (LFRC) and how it can help Youth, Families, and Adults with diverse needs to make positive changes in their lives.

LFRC provides assistance with educational programs, child welfare, mental health, addictions, juvenile justice, rehabilitative programs, etc.
