Paying Zakat
ISGL has a Zakat fund that collects Zakat round the year. Please put your Zakat check/cash inside an envelope clearly mentioning the word "Zakat" on top. No cash through postal mail will be accepted. You may also pay your zakat online via ISGL. Please be sure to enter a note stating "zakat" when making the online payment, otherwise it will not be credited to ISGL's zakat fund.

Please take note of the following points before applying for Zakat :
1) ISGL only distributes Zakat money inside the states of MA and NH
2) Priority is given to local Zakat needs (Greater Lowell, Merrimack Valley etc.)
3) Additional documents may be requested to support the application
4) One family or person can apply only once per calendar year
5) ISGL Zakat fund is dependent on community contribution, it may run out well before the end of calendar year
